Each design piece always has at least several design principles applied to it; for example, focal point, dominance, hierarchy, alignment, visual movement, etc.

ASSIGNMENT:
Your assignment is to choose one poster only from the collection I provided below and discuss design principles that appliy to that poster
Prepare at home thoroughly. Research a chosen poster subject if you are not aware of it. 
Use the following guideline and explain why you think so.

GUIDELINE:
1. What is composition, static or dynamic?
2. What is the focal point?
3. How does contrast help to perceive the focal point? Where else do you see the contrast?
4. Discuss visual hierarchy
5. Is there a hierarchy of information?
6. Do you see visual direction or movement?
7. Is the balance symmetrical or asymmetrical?
8. Show the alignment of elements.
9. Point out interesting proportions, if any.
10. Is there repetition of elements?
11. Is there rhythm?
12. What is unity and variety there?
13. Discuss white space
14. Discuss positive/negative relationships
